Delete your account

The fastest way to remove a child's data is from the parent area of the app:

• Open the app and go to Settings > Data Management > Delete Child's Data
• Confirm the deletion
• This permanently removes that child's profile, scans, generated content, progress, and achievements
• AI usage logs are anonymized (the child identifier is removed)

You can delete your account from the app settings. You may also request full account deletion by emailing us at hello@pitapata.app from the address or phone associated with your account. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

• All child profiles you created and their learning data
• Scans, AI-generated content, progress records, streaks and achievements
• Your parent account and associated subscription record
• Scanned images are never stored — they are processed in memory and discarded immediately; only extracted text is held, and it is removed with the profile
