Account & data

You can manage your subscription and your child's profiles from the parent area inside the app. To delete your account or a child's data, see Delete your account.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to those stores' policies; email us and we'll help you through it.
